Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign in?
Use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple (iOS app) to create or access your account. Make sure you're using a stable internet connection. If you see "Network error", try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or use the dev server URL if testing locally.
How do I join or create a community?
Browse communities from the Communities tab. To create one, tap "Create Community" and fill in the details. Community admins can invite members and manage matches.
How does live scoring work?
Organizers can start a match and assign a scorer. The scorer uses the scorecard to log balls, runs, wickets, and extras in real time. Viewers can follow along on the live scorecard. Replay and ball-by-ball history are available for completed matches.
I'm not receiving notifications
Ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings for the Gully Cricket app. On web, allow browser notifications when prompted. Check that you're signed in and have joined the community or match you expect updates for.
Where can I download the app?
Gully Cricket is available on iOS and Android. Download from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. You can also use the web app at www.gullycric.app.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
